BLACK SHIRT DAY on NOVEMBER 23 at UP-CMC

The UP College of Mass Communication commemmorates the 2nd anniversary for the fight for justice for the 58 victims of the Ampatuan Massacre. There will be events in the run up to the 23rd of November, the global day to End Impunity. One of the highlights is the declaring of BLACK SHIRT DAY on November 23, in memory of all the slain journalists and civilians.
