Deadline for Nominations Extended to May 11

 

The U.P. College of Mass Communication has extended the deadline for the nominations for the tenth U.P. GAWAD PLARIDEL to 11 May 2015.  The award recognizes Filipino media practitioners who have excelled in any of the media (print, radio, film, television, and new media) and have performed with the highest level of professional integrity in the interest of public service.

Rosa Rosal is the 2012 U.P. Gawad Plaridel Awardee

The University of the Philippines College of Mass Communication is pleased to announce the recipient of the 2012 U.P. Gawad Plaridel in the person of MS. FLORENCE DANON GAYDA, better known as ROSA ROSAL. Ms. Rosal was chosen for her outstanding contributions to the broadcasting industry, particularly in the field of television.

The U.P. College of Mass Communication (UP CMC) is now accepting nominations for the U.P. GAWAD PLARIDEL which recognizes Filipino media practitioners who have excelled in any of the media (print, radio, film, television, and new media) and have performed with the highest level of professional integrity in the interest of public service.

For 2012, the eighth U.P. Gawad Plaridel will be given to an outstanding TELEVISION PRACTITIONER.
